Andrew Bynum raises the stakes for Holiday, Turner
Andrew Bynum is just one piece. I like that piece, I like the direction the 76ers are going.

But as the double teams start loading up on Bynum fast and he gets better at passing out of them (a skill he needs to work on) it just puts more pressure on everyone else. The other guys need to step up, make the extra pass and knock down the shots. This is still a team game no matter how good your center is.

Which is to say — Jrue Holiday and Evan Turner, you need to step up your games, also.

To say that Zach Randolph, the harbinger of San Antonio’s doom in 2011, has been a non-factor so far in Spurs/Grizzlies II would be an understatement. The endomorphic power forward is shooting a pitiful 7 for 26 from the floor through two games, a huge reason why the Grizzlies are down 2-0 ente
Yes, you can wish it to all go away until the 2014 offseason. And, yes, there is plenty to be said about that with the NBA playoffs and the Miami Heat's season getting down to critical mass. But it's not going away, and it certainly isn't going anywhere in the wake of this past week's development
