Chad Ochocinco is apparently willing to relinquish his role as the Bengals' No. 1 receiver to accommodate new acquisition Terrell Owens, according to the Bengals' official site. "I've done some great things for this team and this organization," said Ochocinco. "But, of course he's No. 1. He's a Hall-of-Famer."

RotoTimes.com: We commend Ocho's respect for T.O. and his willingness to step aside as the No. 1 receiver, though it's not his decision whether or not Owens will be the No. 1 receiver, as it's up to the coaching staff. Sure, T.O. is a future Hall of Famer, but the fact of the matter is that he's on the downside of his career. Ochocinco and an if-healthy Antonio Bryant are better players at this point.

Sources say that Terrell Owens has agreed to terms with the Bengals on Tuesday, according to the team's Twitter page.

RotoTimes.com: If the team is reporting it, it's probably true. Owens was considered a possibility for the Jets recently, but it looks like he'll call Cincy his home now. He put up some of the lowest numbers of his career in Buffalo last season, but that could be due to poor quarterback play. The Bengals have really amped up a previously thin receiving corps with Matt Jones, Antonio Bryant and now TO. The deal will likely be worth between $2 million and $3 million for one year, and this addition likely pushes Bryant into the No. 3 role.

The Bengals are looking to get Terrell Owens into camp by Wednesday's 1:00 p.m. check-in time, according to the team's web site.

RotoTimes.com: The Bengals are probably being pushed for more money by Owen's agent, Drew Rosenhaus. Still, it seems that both sides are excited about the possible deal, and Owens will likely join Cincinnati soon.

The Jets are the latest team to express interest in Terrell Owens, according to ESPN.com.

RotoTimes.com: For now, we don't expect any sort of agreement to be made between these two, and the Bengals remain the favorite to land him. Owens could be as low as No. 4 on the Jets' depth chart at receiver, given the presence of Braylon Edwards, Jerricho Cotchery and Santonio Holmes.

Bengals owner Mike Brown has confirmed his team's interest in Terrell Owens, according to the Bengals' Twitter page.

RotoTimes.com: The Bengals and Rams seem to be the two team's most interested in Owens, though a few other teams are apparently still in the running. It does sound like T.O. can expect to be signed within the next week or so.
