June 10, 2010 After tallying 29 points (in 22 games) during the Blackhawks' Stanley Cup run, Jonathan Toews was named the winner of the 2010 Conn Smythe award on Wednesday evening. RotoTimes.com: Amazingly, despite being just 22 years of age, Toews is not the youngest player to ever take home playoff MVP honors. That distinction belongs to someone you may have heard of, goalie Patrick Roy, who won the award at age 20 in 1986 as a member of the Canadiens. |
